ATAPI DVD drive not burning discs

    When I try to burn DVD its always failure. Here is the log:

    I cannot see the drive on the device map.
    can you run Nero Tools > Nero Info Tool, click the configuration tab and see if the drive is shown connected to the IDE controller?
