Why not go with this card? ASUS nVIDIA GeForce FX5200 Video Card, 128MB DDR, 64-bit, TV-Out, 8X AGP, Model "V9520 Magic/T" -RETAIL http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-121-150&depa=1 I have swore by Nvidia for years, but recently I have built a few computers with ATI and they seem to work great. either one should work good with your Mobo. You may want to go with the one that has the name brand ASUS though for better compatablity with your MoBo..
for gamers i prefer using nvidia , from GF4 MX4000-8X till PCX-GT6800 (ummm same card been used in xbox,PCX)
