Just replaced my network card and fixed my broadband problem but accidentley nocked a small black square thing off thje card it no longer works just a black screen wiv rectangles every where can i fix this or send it back under waranty i bopight it of ebuyer in janury
Sounds like a triac. Does it have 3 connection "legs", if so you can solder it back on yourself if your good with soldering and the legs are intact. Otherwise, it may not be worth the cost it takes to repair. Those cards are last generation and are selling at discounts.
replace it hopefully but don't mention you knocked of a component as they might not replace it at all
