Atlast I did it

    Finally! i did it ;) u guys know when actually i installed it at 2:AM in the morning! i inserted the
    Slayers Auto installation (EVO X) CDRW disk and my xbox started reading the disc and i installed EVO X dasboard and started playing with it and configired the IP connected directly to my pc and used FXP and boom i can browse my Xbox finally OMG!!! :yahoo: :yahoo: :p

    here is a Twist :mad:

    now i can Successfully send my files to xbox but the transfer rate is slow as hell 3 to 5 K/bs :'(
    i changed some network settings on advanced tab like 10baseT half/ full 100BaseT Half/Full but nothing seems to work i ve also tried auto negotiation but it didnt help much

    is there anyway to get some good transfer speeds

    im using Flash FXP, ive disabled firewall,antivirus

    the receving speeds are fine getting abt 100K/B sending the files to xbox sucks 3 to 5 K/B pathetic speed

    make sure you're firewall is allowing the xbox through the ethernet port.

    I'm not sure if this helps or pertains but I used to get jacked up speeds with flash fxp especially when I transfered mass quantities of romz. In between each file(rom) the program closes port then opens making transfer time rediculous.

    Change your transfer settings (press F6 and hit the transfer tab). Transfer Mode should be on Auto, then click on connection, and change both buffer sizes (the two drop down menus) to 256KB each, this should allow for enough overflow in the connection time to get to the next file quickly.
