audio 29.970 to 25.00

    Hello there.
    Rite i no audio has no Frame rate but it is the easiest way for me to explain my situation.

    I have an .avi file which is in 29.970 fps and have changed the FPS of this .avi file to 25.000.
    Now what i need to do is change the audio to match the video so it is in sync but without the audio sounding really slow.

    Any ideas on this guys would be great.

    Audacity can change duration without changing pitch.

    Thanks, but a guide to hoe this can be done would be great.
    I am a bit of a thicky so a guide would be great.

    OK, some of the buzzwords you'll need to look up: 'demux'; 'remux'; 'Audacity'. You can probably find guides and tools for each of these items here (AfterDawn) or at VideoHelp.com.
