Normally the Audio Books I get are in a series of smallish MP3 files which I then load & play on my Rio Carbon MP3 player. However, occasionally the audio books I get seem to be enormous. Although in MP3 format they seem to be at least 6 discs each of which can be 70mg There must be a way to compress these or convert them to manageable MPĀ£ player size. Any ideas guys.

Normally, like you said, you get MP3 files. When you get those 5 CD, 700mb+ files is just a copy of all the files on a CD, so if you burned that you could play it in a regular CD player. You need to convert those files to MP3. Nero, is you have it, would be the easiest way to do this. The files that are 700mb+, are they an .iso file or are they just a bunch of files in a folder?
