audio delays after outputting

    i have 2 converters somtyms i use winavi 7.1 or TMPEG plus then i would output it w/ TMPEG DVD author wen i used winavi if i check the mpeg2 file it's fine no problems here.
    but after outputting it the sound doesn't sync w/ the video
    but when i use TMPEG plus there's no problem
    i don't know why? if possible i want to know if there's a bug in either winavi or the TMPEG DVD author
    or is it just TMPEG author which chooses it's self-converted files?
    is there anyway to fix this?
    as much as possible i want to use winavi because it's faster
    pls help
