    hello everybody,
i use nero to make VCD's i downloaded few movies with .mpg and .avi extensions, the problem is i cannot make VCD's as virtual dub gives me a VBR Error for Avi files when i try to convert them and nero gives me invalid audio code warning.
is there any way i can re-encode these files.
    thankyou

no i dont use nero to encode, i use virtual dub. the main problem is with .mpg, nero gives warning about invalid audio stream and invalid video stream. and if i use virtual dub then it gives warning like improper join, improper time stamping.
