here's how it is. i love my music and have an ipod crammed with songs. but sometimes i need a change. so i decided i was goingt to try and find a few decent audiobooks. all of my songs pretty much are downloaded off p2p (uncopyrighted ) but i had been recommended that itunes had a large selection of audio books... so i signed up and was ussterl astonished at some of the prices....up 2 60 pounds!! and there wasn't any thing i like. anyway, enough of the bulls#it. i have a loada family guy episodes in .avi format and the sound quality is excellent so i want to make some small audio files which will be really funny to listen to. that's where i'm stuck. does anyone know where i can find a decent audio extractor software? i just want to be able to select the file and rip the audio off it in .mp3. i'd also like to be able to adjust the bitrate, though i'm not too bothered....any suggestions? thanx a bunch! You will need to save the extracted audio into .WAV format and then use a program like Exact Audio Copy to compress the .WAV file into a VBR (Best Quality) MP3 file. Here is a link to a program that can extract the audio from a video file. It's called Blaze Media Pro. http://www.blazemp.com/ Off topic: There is another QPR fan on Afterdawn called Lethal_B. I'm an Arsenal fan myself. Just thougt you'd like to know.
