Hi,I'm utterly baffled as to how to split files,i.e.putting a split between each track of an album recorded as one file.I'm really old and thick so please don't freak me out with techy jargon... Thanks
hi so you have a continuos file mp3? did it come off the net sometimes you get a cue file aswell and use cuesplitter to break it back to single tracks otherwise you need a mp3 splitter software (google is your friend)

audacity is free and awesome cut your mp3 out that way save as separate files http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Thoroughly pissed off now. Just spent 8 years trying to make it work only to be told 'needs lame encoder'.... clicked 'yes' only to get 'unobtainable'.
