I've got a video file but the audio doesn't play, Media Player (apparently) downloads the codec, but no joy. I've had this problem with other files before, but they always get fixed when i install codecs. I'm running Win98 SE, Media Player 7.1 I have AngelPotion codecs installed. The file details are as follows : Audio Format : Windows Media Audio V2, 64 kbps, 44 kHz, stereo (for audio/video) Video Format : 336 x 256, 24 Bits, 21141 Frames, 25.000 Frames/Sec, 57 KB/Sec, AngelPotion The display is nearly fine, apart from one thing, that i've had in some other movies. The picture starts turning purple, then goes back to normal on a big frame-change. Whats this all about, and how can i fix it. Thanks for anyone's help. Cheers
Hi, I have had the same problem with the sound not working with the avi files, I'm hoping you might have heard something new. Please let me know if there is a solution. Thanks!
