Hello, My friend had a problem with some video files recorded with the Archos AV100. These were files that were recorded. They play fine on the AV100, but when transferred to a PC, when playing them with the DIVX player on a PC in Windows XP, I am getting the following error: Audio Format Not Supported You may need an additional audio decoder to play the soundtrack of this file. This file contains a track in the IMA4 Audio (code "17") format. You may need to install a DirectShow decoder for this audio format in order to hear the soundtrack of this file. I have tried the FFShow codec pack and this did not seem to help. I then read something about the IMA4 codec being common to Apple media files (i.e. Quicktime).QuickTime 7 was installed but this still did not fix the problem. Can someone please tell me how to resolve this? TIA Mike
In the FFDSHOW Audio Configuration, did you enable IMA. Start > All Programs > FFDSHOW > Audio Configuration
