    Hi.
I have Nero 5.5.9.2 and I use it to download and burn both music and video. I download the files from Kazaalite. I am encountering an audio problem.
I am downloading Scrubs episodes and they play perfectly in any player but when I burn them I lose the audio completely OR the audio goes way out of sync after a few minutes. I am using AAA branded media. Any thoughts?

Audio in sync when you the the media files from your hd? If so then I recommend you burn at 8x.

Yes the files play perfectly in sync.

Ok I'll try that but why will that make the difference?

It is [bold] highly [/bold] recommended to burn video format (MPEG4/MPEG2/MPEG1) at slow speeds m8(4/8/12x). Why?, video playback burned at high speeds "may" have pixelation, audio problems.
This is a highly debated topic....

Sorry,I understand that and I should have mentioned that I am burning the disks at 4 X 600 KBs.

    Will your suggestion still apply?

    Thanks

    Tony

Out of my jurisdiction now m8. I'm sure Dela (moderator) has the answer to the problem.

Heres a new one then. I have just finished burning CD1 of Bowling for Columbine. Again it plays perfectly on any player but now.....
It plays upside down and back to front in my DVD player. What the hell is going on?????

[bold] Make your posts in the VCD/SVCD forum as I don't have the answers to your questions. [/bold] Thanks

    Shoey :)

First , sorry for posting on the wrong board. Thanks anyway Shoey.

I use Nero.(5.5.9.2) The files are downloaded as .avi files and Nero says it can handle the decode for these files.
