So I have an AVI File and Its in English. However, there is another louder voice in German drowning out the ENglish. Kind of like a Lame Dub. Is there any way I can strip away this german audio voice-over and leave the English intact?
Depends if it uses multiple audio streams or not. If it is one stream with both languages in both channels, then no, there is nothing you can do.
Open with vdub mod http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/virtualdubmod.cfm Then go to Streams > Stream List. If there are two streams you are in luck just mute the german one and save the avi again ( using direct stream copy under video ). If not there is noting you can do as celtic_d said.
