audio sync problems

i have a video with a few sections that the video looks all melted and strange colors which you cant see the video. so i cut those sections out and encoded for dvd but the audio is out of sync after the scenes cut out.

i tried conveting the audio to a wav and then encode usint the video with the cut sections, still no luck.

i even used virtual dub -mp3 freeze find the bad frames but when i checked it doesnt pick them up. it said no bad frames found, but there is or something else is wrong with those sections with the strange colors causing no picture.

what can i try now to have those secctions cut out and not have audio sync trouble?
