My Audio on playback is distorted and sounds "overdriven" on play back. Is there any way to control the audio level in the recording proscess to bring it down a few db. respond to videoparty@msn.com Thank You!!!
Yes there is but it depends. But once you've got it "saturated" like that, there is no way to reverse it. You'd have to re-encode the audio, and then merge it with ur current video, and pray that it will not get outta sync... Or you could just re-encode the whole thing.
There are some DirectX plugings which fixes audio streams which are 'clipped'. They soften the buzzing/distortion after restoration. Worth checking out. (sorry, can't remember who make the sw) Rgds, jnihil.
