Ive been using Nero 7 pretty much since it came out. I love it. But lately, im starting to hate it...

DVD after DVD have been coming out great, and then all of a sudden, when i write a DVD, the video doesnt line up with the audio..its way behind, almost like its in slow motion when the audio is normal.

Any ideas as to what is going on? Im using TDK DVD-R's and im buring movies from .avi files and in NTSC format (PAL doesnt work on my DVD player)

The video files works perfectly on my computer, but when i put them on disk, its messed.

Also, I burnt a different DVD last night and it worked, so for some reason, these other files arent working...what could it be??

    Thanks,
    schahley

    schahley,
First suggested fix: Download K-Lite Codec Pack . Now, lauch Codec Tweak Tool (This stand-alone version of the tool is included in the K-Lite Codec Pack), and disable Nero MPEG-1/2/4 & AVC Decoder codecs.

Second suggestd fix: Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter. Locate the files NeVideo.ax and NeAudio.ax and rename them to NeVideo.xxx and NeAudio.xxx respectively.

    thanks for the fast reply..

ive downloaded and installed the codec pack, but am unsure as to which to disable because there are so many:

Do i disable all the codecs that have NERO in them? there are a bunch, and none just say "NERO"

There are also about 12 MPEG codecs, should i disable all that say MPEG?

    Thanks for clarifying.

And the solution was...? Just for the sake of future readers, would be nice if they could see the solution!
