During uninstallation,many programs which require rebooting,use to ask about rebooting now or later like in outpost and kaspersky anti-hacker. But off-late when i un-installed either of them the computer restarted on its own!!! I wasn't asked???Same problem not with all,but some!
some programs will force a restart of your system without asking, but most of them do ask first. ive never installed those programs so i wouldnt know if it was one that does or doesnt ask
