    2 movies
The Golden Compass and V for Vendetta
both movies are ripped with DVD decrypter(in 1st place), not compressed.
I added both movies to AutoGK one after another with the same AGK setup.

I got subs appear to The Golden Compass movie , but not to V for Vendetta.
4 subtitle languages were available to the VFV DVD, have tried them all, just in case, nothing.
Ripped VFV the movie with Shrink, Fab, if that changes something, nothing again.

    Any ideas?

You can try rip those subtitles from dvd (dvd-files) using SubRip.

This is exactly what i want to avoid.
I get subs just from a 40% of the movies that i try to encode.
I have tested a lot of progs like Fairuse and DVDfab (good progs) but AGK just do the job better and easier.
