I'm using this capture device to record gameplay from my XBOX 360, I have two problems. When it records, there is no sound on the finished recorded video, and my controller inputs lag by three seconds, making the game unplayable during the record. I'm playing using the "Preview", window, because my TV screen is completely gray while the capture device is turned on.
There is often *some* lag in capture devices. Three seconds seems excessive. Regarding missing audio, this may be a setting in the capture app that needs to be set.
I figured out what the problem was and I fixed it. I didn't bother to plug in the red and white audio cables, and as for the delay, I was playing the game from the Preview and not the TV screen, I had to use Composite cables in, and Composite cables out for it to work. Thanks for the help though.
