No you dont normaly burn rar files,and you shouldnt have a rar file I am not familar with avi2dvd,so i dont know what the output file is Maybe its not a rar file,but maybe its an image thats been associated with winrar,thus it has the winrar icon I f it has the .iso extension,then there is your answer Open winrar,check the settings options/settings/intergration,and see if the iso tab is ticked if it is,untick it
I think it was just a problem with dvd decryptor. Burnt the file which was an iso that rar was picking up. And it worked perfect.
Yes,just like i said,you have winrar associated with ISO images unless you untick that tab i pointed out,all your iso's will have the winrar icon its only a problem though if like some,you think its a rar file,and end up extracting the contents of it.
