im running aone avi divx to dvd the problem is when i put the xvid file to the program it doesnt take im also running all in one pac codecs so i cant even convert what else do i have to do after i extract the file using winrar some files stay with the three book symbol and the others have a cue file the cue files work but thats only the last part of the file thanks in advance
what i really need to do is convert a rar or tar image to avi or iso im using power iso to convert but all im getting is a file when i write to dvd( no image) is there another way to extract the rar image to avi ? thanks in advance
Just use WinRAR to extract the avi file out of the rar. and if it's in cue/ bin format and you want to convert to AVI, use a program like Daemon Tools to mount the bin file then use one of the programs listed in AD's guide section to convert the DVD to AVI. edit-- Here's one guide- http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/gordian_knot_ac3.cfm
