Looking for a program much like "Windows Movie Maker" but one that will allow me to have a custom fps rate, size, and quality. Can someone suggest a good program?
Nero or Roxio EMC7 will work for you. Nero has a really poor interface, if you want to edit those AVI's, before burning. EMC7 is miles ahead, if you are making productions and want to burn them to DVD.
