AVI file is not playing .. help!

    I've just downloaded all DivX,XviD,MJPG,AC2000, .. codecs and some other files but the file The_jacket.avi ( downloaded by emule ) is not playing at all , froze but showing time up counter of media player(10) and I just confused !! I tried Gspot and the results is : Codec is intalled! but in audio section there is no report and nothing processed. what should I do ??

    Go to google and search for k-lite codec pack download it and u will automatically get the codec and then play ur files and it should wrk

    Hi RagePro
    thanks for your reply but it does not work. Maybe it's the fake cuz it's just the same frame (null) from first to the end. huh ?

    Try the k-lite mega codec pack that might work or the movie is corrupt

    download the AC3 codec all the codecs you downloaded were just for the video not for the audio search in google

    No audio decoder installed simply results in a file playing back without audio. Other than that the file will still play fine.

    thank you but I installed all audio codecs , probably it's the fake one.
