I looked around and could not fine this informatiion but learned a few things.

I have a .avi file that when I tried to burn to DVD "Nero Express" the file is just to big by about
    1 gig.

Is it true that avi burn is based on time and not the size of the file? the file is 755 mb

Can I convert it to VIDEO_TS if so with what?

    I have Nero ultra
    DVD shrink
    DVD Decripter

Computer specs are below and ya its FAT32

    Thanks

your cant burn a AVI file to DVD and watch it on your DVD player anyway.... if thats what u were intending
it needs to be converted, with software to a DVD compliant Format

and no - it doesent go on length - just size
