hey..downloaded a copy of Team America, its about 705 mb in size, when i try to use nero vision express it says that the file is too big too fit on my dvd discs...Its a really got good picture and sound and was wondering if there is a way to edit reduce the file of its size without reducing the quality
Did you read http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/convert_avi_to_dvd.cfm ? You must not use nero to encode. Other better application, like TMPGenc, exist.
Thats's exactly how you reduce the size, by reducing the quality. NVE > More > Video Options > DVD-Video tab > Quality setting: Automatic High Quality Standard play Long play Extended play Super Long Play Custom
Bazilla, you [bold]must not [/bold] use Nero because it's a lame encoder (well, you can but no one will guarantee you the final result). There are hundreds of 'sticky' threads which explain which problems you can find. It's better to split the the three phases into a (S)VCD/DVD movie making: 'encoding', 'authoring' and 'burning',
