avi in to mpeg's

    I just got a global star cd/dvd burning software but it don't let me add avi, pics and mp3s to a dvd so i guess what i will ask first is how to make a avi to a mpeg? then is there a software that will let me put pics and mp3's to a dvd or is there a way to do this with my global star?

    The software you are looking for is called TMPGEnc

    I downloaded it but i'm having some problems. like it goes really, really slow and haft of the movie just shows up as a black screen. what can i do to change this? and what am i doing wrong?

    lol - no problems :D. It does take a good few hours to encode.
