AVI to DVD ..... I am having no luck

    I was wondering what programs are the best for changing AVI format files to something that can be in DVD format. I had done this in the past correctly but have misplaced my link and the software I used to get the job done. I have tried everything today with no luck. After not being able to get anywhere with movie files I had no problem burning image files and just burning as data to cds ... I don't like the media I am currently using as at times the LG drive I have has had a tough time recognizing it as DVD ... I am using BenQ media

    Anyhow lookin for some guidance ... please

    you can use DivxToDVD by VSO-Software it convert avi to dvd

    DVD Santa works great for me. I record a lot of shows with TV tuner that come in MPEG 2 format or DIVX. I then convert the ones i want to watch with my family using DVD santa. It will even burn them for you after you convert them.
