DVD Flick will convert the AVI to an ISO (or folder) and optionally burn the disk with the included IMGBurn software (IMGBurn is the burning engine devised by the creator of DVD Decrypter).

Ensure that the Project Settings reflect your video standard (NTSC for North America - PAL for the rest of the world).

In the Project Settings under 'Burning', you indicate that you want to create an ISO (image file) and uncheck the applicable box if you don't wish to burn the disk.
Also in the Project Settings 'General' you indicate the size of the disk.
Depending on the size chosen and the running time of the input files, when you reach the nominal running time limit for the chosen disk size, you will receive an indication that the disk (or ISO)is full.
You can customize the size to anything you need - however, an ISO that cannot fit on a DVD 5 or DVD 9 would have to be shrinked to fit - thus losing.
