.avi w/ subtitles

    I have some .avi movies with subtitles; some of them look like the subs were added 'at home' by somebody. I hate watching movies with Polish or Spanish subtitles ;) My question is: is there a fairly easy way to remove these subs before or after converting to DVD format. I'm using either AVI2DVD or SUPER for converting .avi to DVD or .vob.... any help is appreciated.

    If you have hard subs in .avi file there is no (good/working) way to take them off.
    (if you take them off, you can say goodbye to quality...)

    If u have external subtitles, just delete that .sub or .srt file.
