Load the ISO file into DVD Shrink:'File' > 'Open Disc Image' and see if everything is there(680.9MB seems small for a full movie)

    http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd_shrink.cfm

    Click 'Backup!'
'Target Device' / 'Select backup target' > 'ISO image file and burn with DVD Decrypter'

Thanks for replying I will try what you suggest. This is in fact an episode of a tv programme and not a film so is it still too small?
Is there anyway that the whole episode has been encoded but my dvd burner is just not reading it. I have since burnt another dvd that was not a converted file. Would I be right in thinking that means the burner is fine?

I would expect a 50 minute TV episode of 350MB to be around 2GB after conversion from AVI to DVD.

Try this for converting the AVI.

    http://dl.afterdawn.com/vsoDivxToDVD_setup_v0.5.2b.exe
Import the file(s) (AVI, WMV,MPEG, VOB)
Output (standard DVD file format) to a folder on the HDD.
Set 'Aspect' to 4:3 (if you have a regular tv)
Set 'Standard' to NTSC (if you live in North America)

Well Attar I got home and did what you suggested and put the iso through DVD Shrink and burnt the dvd using IMGburn and it worked.
    Thanks
