Just downloaded AVI2DVD and HCEnc and could use some help please.

What is a chunk viewer and why does it pop up and say that the .avi file is not "prepared for sequential reading"? If this is important, how do I prepare the file for sequential reading.
    It was output from Tmpgenc.

Also I get to step 5, hit GO, but it says to select an audio stream, which I know the file has. I go back to step 1 but no audio steam is in the box. I ran it through Gspot and it has a 48k PCM stream, 1536kbs.

I don't know what to do. Thanks everyone!

You are not getting any audio stream recognized because your source file's name and/or file path has a special character in it. Try creating a new source file on the root of your hard drive. Keep it very short and simple like "C:\AVITemp". Also rename your source file to something simple ("movie.avi"), then move or copy it into the source file folder. No underscores, dashes, brackets, nothing even remotely suspect. I even forgo spaces if possible. Then retry AVI2DVD from step one, I think you'll see it works fine and an audio stream is presented in the audio-stream box.

As far as the AVI Chunk Viewer, I'm not sure yet, just started looking at that. As always, Google is your friend. Good Luck
