Avi2dvd Codec Problem

I've followed Avi2dvd's guide exactly and yet every codec that the program includes malfunctions once the video encoding process begins. To save you some trouble I'll just list the problem with NuEnc. When it gets to the video encoding this message occurs.

"Avisynth open failure:
Avisource couldn't locate a decompressor for fourcc xvid
(C:\DOCUME~1\.....\Desktop\AVI2DV~1\AVISYN~1.AVS, line 2)"

Followed by

Error:
Could not open input file

I've reinstalled Avisynth twice with the same results as well as reinstalling Avi2dvd. Help would of course be appreciated.

Hi I had the same issues - try downloading xvid from http://www.koepi.org/xvid.shtml (top one on the page) worked for me ;-)
