Avi2DVD gives errors description follows

I am usinf Avi2 DVd for the first time. I printed out
the guide here and tried to double check everything.

Also checked with some of the 'read me first' stuff
but there's only so much of that I can do.

What I have done is to copy out the error from a
stand alone machine with the Avi2DVD error report:

I followed the guide exactly and this is my first time ever
doing an avi to dvd.

Pal to NTSC was set for North American operation

Free space required was 11.03 G
and the space needed was 9G

The Job queue is called 1 of 4 etc.avi

After hitting Go!

A few of the oprations go ok including:

Demux-successfully!
Extracted_Audio.mp3 55947840 bytes
Audio Extracted renamed succeffully

c:\my temp directory\Avi2DVD_temp\
Fixed_Audio01.mp3 55947840

Starts Mp3 -> Ac3 conversion

[error message]

Couldn't execute the application

What application cannot execute?
