   Trying to install Avira fre but get the message in my attachment. It`s impossible to contact Avira unless i`m buying.

   re install as far as you can,then go to add/remove & click on avira to repair or biff it & install avast.There is an uninstall utility for avira to get rid of old version registry left overs
