I'm frameserving with Avisynth 2.5 to Vdubmod, XVID (for speed.) I usually resize those PAL 16:9 to something like 640*352(-272). What is the best way of doing this (and why): - crop, then resize, - resize, then crop - adding the necessary coordinates to the resize statement, thus handling it all in one command. For my purpose, a modest downsize to resolution, which is the best resize method: Bilinear, Bicubic or Lancosz? Why? Thx in advance.
