Azureus please help :( [yeh im a n00b about this]

hey, bascially i got azereus got a torrent runing paying for a 2 meg net connection.

and the torrents are downloading extremly slow 20kb a sec if im lucky

it ocashionly goes up a bit.. then shoots straight back down..

and bottom has the following red lighted warnings

Share Ratio 0.263 Bad: <0.5

Firewall/NAT (TCP) reachability problem. Refer to wiki for help

but yeh.. bascially what in the hell do i do. sorry for probbal repeating a questions millions of other topics have asked..

i tryied looking across net couldnt find something i understnad..

yeh sorry, im just a noob to torrents in general, so yeh please help me out

 

Wrong section, will probably get moved.

Anyway, i think you need to forward your ports and configure Azureus for it.
