the only thing i had to do was set up port forwarding in my firewall and on my linksys router went back to setup wizard ran the nat test and all was good my setting is usually 120kb dwn and 40 up gives a good balance so I can still use my laptop for surfing and doesn't take up all my bandwith. Despite what your test shows 1.5mb that is not really your web connection thats just its optimal which windows settings will never throttle thru without major tweaking. Sounds like your on dsl and that also fluctuates based on how many ppl are on yada yada yada so try port forwarding and the speeds i mentioned might help also just check out guides and other postings here in the forums for some other good tips.
