Back Up Game Help

I'm having a problem with my Back-up Disks. After I've backed-up my disk I insert the disk into my XBOX 360. As it loads an error screen appears: "To play this disc, put it in an XBOX 360 console."
I am equipped with a Samsung 162 D Disk Drive, Sony DVD Burner DRX-820V, and Verbatim Disks. My XBOX 360 has a Samsung CD-Drive and a MEV 2.0 Mod Chip.
With all this equipped, I've used 5 different programs and with all, I've had the same end results; the ''Error Screeen'' on my tv.
The Five Programs are:
1) DVD Back Creator v2.8
2) Nero
3) XDVD Mulleter Beta 10
4) WX Ripper
5) Image Burn- Layer Break #1913760

If you can give me some advice of what I should do or what I may be doing wrong, please do.
