I dont want to sound like a reaper of bad news but u got that error because the cd is protected w/ SecuROM 7.00.00.0012.

There are a few ways to get around this. You can burn an image of the game to your hd. Then useing ALC120 virtual drive, CloneCD virtual drive OR Daemon Tools you can mount the image and never need the cd again.

    OR

You can burn this game w/ a Plextor Prieum drive with Blindwite 5 and ur backup will be perfect

    OR

You can use CloneCD with a capable burner w/ the twinpeaks method and have the game possibly work

    OR

You can use ALC120 and burn the game and make sure RPMS is on when u burn and that may work as well but this is all burner dependant.

So please tell us ur burner and maybe I can help you

But if your ever looking for a new burner the Plex Preium is a good investment. Its a bit pricey but a good burner.

you need to upgrade to a Gforce 5 5700.

I have a fx6600 installed in my pc.But with the leggo you can play with or without nvidia graphics

Hi, I have an intel 8286g graphic controler. Thats the only thing I can find on my system for graphics. How much does that graphic card cost you mentioned and are they easy to install?
    Thanks

    thats onboard isn't.

Where in the world do you live?
Check out the Nvidia website. It has all relative info on there graphics cards , epscially look for the ones that do the pixel shading.

Oh yeah they just pop right in!!!

Hey guys, I bought this Lego Star Wars game for my little brother and like most little children they don't understand the concept of taking care of the disc. So I wanted to back it up for when the original gets destroyed. I use ALC120, and I saw the post about making an image and mounting it. But I only have the trial of ALC120 and that only last 30 days which defeats the purpose of backing it up. But beside the fact that I have the trial version, I tried it anyways because I know ALC120 is not the only program that allows you to make virtual drives. So I made the image and mounted it, but something in Lego Star Wars detected the virtual drive and instantly shut down the star wars each time I tried to launch it. So that was a failure. Then I took the same image I made and burned it with ALC120 with RPMS on using a MicroAdvantage CD-R/W - DVD burner. I put the back up in, made sure that RPMS emulation was turned on with ALC120 and BAM, a working back up.

First of all get the aray scanner (do a google), then use alcohol 120% COMBINED with alcoholer (this detects the copy protection and puts the right settings on)

Let me know if this works

Yea, we used the aray scanner and Lego Star Wars is protected with SecuROM 7.00.00.0012 which can only be a true back up if you have a Plextor burner and use Blindwrite. You have to use emulation if you are going to burn with ALC120.
