back up windows xp disk

    my windows xp disk is scratched pretty bad. it almost did work when i went to reinstall. is there a way to back up this disk if so does anyone know how to back up an xp disk. thx

    do a disk copy with your burner program

    i did that with cd r disk it didnt work. nor did age of mythology titians disk is there a certain procedure.the ones that didnt have a key worked fine.
