backing up games requirements

    i have been reading about the nme 2.0 chip which allows you to backup your discs, but what exactly do i need to achieve this.

    nme 2.0 chip
    XBox Backup Creator
    XBox 360 SS Merger
    mgBurn


    do i need to buy an additional dvd drive with firware installed for my pc to be able to read my games and install onto my hard drive.


    i am starting to get a little lost after reading on the net.

    Most Xbox games are under the 4.7gb limit. However there are some, and those do require the DL media.

    I think there is one drive that can read games right from the computer, but the average one won't/can't.

    Read the tutorials at the top of this page, btw.

    You need a drive that can burn DVD's, and I think thats about it.
