backing up hd onto pc

Is it possible to backup all the xbox's hard drive onto a pc and if so how do you do it.

Yes, but in order to do this you need to have your Xbox softmodded or have a chip installed. If you do, then all you have to do is ftp into your Xbox, grab all of the partitions on your Xbox, and drag them back to your computer side.
