I would like to backup my ipod but recently discovered that i cant use itunes on a windows 98. Can i just use anapod or does that work for windows 98? Are there any alternatives i could use since there is no way i can get itunes onto it? I dont really want to copy 200+ cds to back it up.

i'd download sharepod onto the 98, plug in the ipod,in my computer open up the ipod, drag and drop the sharepod.exe file onto it, double click on sharepod, double click the äll songs" icon, highlight all the songs, and hit "to pc", then select a destination folder and hit "transfer". and for iTunes not working id search for a old version that might possible support it.
