Backup Partition Question.

    Well, i am thinking of reformatting my pc, but I don't have a windows cd. I know my other desktop has a back up partition so when you press f11 on the boot screen it will reformatte the computer to factory settings. Is there any way I can get that back up partition to my current pc and make it operational.
