Hi, I have a problem with the backup of Mortal Kombat. It has been ripped on a dvd-r but when I insert it in the Xbob, it does not work. I have an Enigmah modchip. Did I forgot something before burning the DVD ? Thanks for your help
your leaving out alot of info.. what program u burning with.. did u ftp to the xbox or copy straight from disk.. what did you make the iso with if you made one... what media are u using.. u get the point Bring It!
you are right. I did not give a lot of info then... I used flashfxp to transfer game. Imade it 3 times to be sure I have all the files. then I tried to burn it like that with recordnow DX on a blank dvd-rw. I also tried with patching the default.xbe. I tried both previous solutions with a gdfimage iso file. I also tried to add files on the dvd to have 4 gb. In fact I think I tried all possible solutions...
After you make the iso with GDFimage you should use Nero.. Open up nero.. close the wizard that opens.. select file at the top menu.. then select burn image.. select the iso you just made.. burn as slow as possible and make sure u finalize and it should work Bring It!
I am also having problems playing isos. I burnt it with Nero, I ftp'd to xbox and copied all folders/files from disc. I made the iso with xiso, and am using Ritek DVD-R's. Please help
Probably because xISO sucks dick is why.. that program causes more problems.. try using isomaker or GDFImage to make the iso.. I use GDFImage and never have a problem.. Bring It!
