Bad flash on Xecuter 2.3!! HELP!!!!

    I just installed a 2.3 in my box. I flashed it first with Ox flasher, then 4977, Oz flash failed during the verification. When I turn it on I have I see xecuter under the xbox logo, but I will not reconize my Evox disc or any other bios. I think it needs to be reprogramed. Can I reprogram a 2.3 with a 2.2 programmer? Thanks in advance for your advice
