   I've tried burning the same image 3 times, twice at 1x (once on dvd decrypt and on alcohol 120%) and at 2x.
   
   Anyone have any idea wat could be the problem?

   Looks like possibly a damaged or dirty disc. Check for finger prints or scratches. Is this the only disc you get that error on?
