   Ok I have an avi file whenever I convert it to mpg/vcd/svcd or even avi, it doesnt play right it has a green pixelated screen....What is causing this.

   Does the avi file play clearly on its own? Is the green goblin appearing while playback on the computer or a standalone Divx player?
