You mean an EFM capable burner? I'll be honest, it doesnt mean much anymore with these newer safedisc protections its all pot luck, a 2 sheep burner wont necessarily burn weak and bad sectors correctly. I have a Sony DRU510A now nearly 12 months old and it has sucessfully burnt Sims2 and Doom3 both Safedisc 3.20.022, in theory it shouldnt be able too, and believe me no one can accept it does. I wont recommend a specific make or model because if it doesnt work for you, your gonna hold me responsible. A writer that works for John Doe, mightn't work for you.
The Plextor Premium has proven to be the most reliable drive for backing up the newest protections.
